Community Association Reform Bill
Governor Crist signs sweeping community association reform bill. Changes take affect July 1, 2010 and affect condos, HOA and co-ops. Condo changes include increasing assessments required by foreclosing lenders, limiting liability on bulk purchasers of units, and allowing associations to collect rent from tenants of delinquent owners.
