Edward S. Hammel
Edward S. Hammel is a Principal at Sachs Sax Caplan of the Community Associations Practice Group. Mr. Hammel’s practice focuses primarily on civil litigation, concentrating in the areas of community association law, construction law, commercial and residential real estate litigation, evictions, foreclosure and asset recovery. Mr. Hammel also focuses a portion of his practice in the areas of land use and commercial and residential development. Mr. Hammel represents a variety of homeowner and condominium associations, as well as commercial and residential real estate developers, owners, and professional management organizations.
