Jay A. Schwartz
Principal
Jay Schwartz is a Principal at Sachs Sax Caplan, P.L. and Chair of the Marital & Family Law Practice Group. He has been practicing Marital and Family Law for thirty-five years, specializing in complex divorce and child custody issues. He is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator. Mr. Schwartz currently serves as President of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association. He frequently lectures in the area of Marital and Family Law to include Parents, Children and Divorce classes each litigant with minor children is required to attend. He acts as a Guardian ad Litem and Attorney ad Litem for children in need. Mr. Schwartz also practices in the area of complex Probate Litigation.
