Louis Caplan is a Founding Partner of Sachs Sax Caplan and Chairman of the Community Associations Practice Group. Mr. Caplan is Board Certified in Condominium and Planned Development Law and practices in the area of Community Associations Law, representing condominium and homeowners associations. He brings to his clients extensive experience in his chosen field through his specialization in the areas of arbitration of matters before the Florida Division of Land Sales and Condominiums, covenant enforcement, association document and contract drafting and revision. Mr. Caplan is a frequent lecturer and columnist on community association matters, contributing to both the Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Community Associations Institute. He has also lectured on bulk rate cable television and the Telecommunications Act relating to possible restrictions on satellite dishes/antennae by both condominium and homeowner associations.
