Martina L. Nethery is an associate in the firm’s Boca Raton office. Ms. Nethery focuses her practice primarily in the areas of estate planning, probate, estate and gift taxation, probate and trust litigation, and asset protection. She graduated cum laude from the University of Central Florida, receiving a Bachelors of Arts in history, with minors in political science pre-law and women’s studies.

While attending law school at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, Ms. Nethery centered her curriculum on estate planning; earning an Estates and Trusts Certificate to supplement her Juris Doctorate degree. Broadening her experience on the subject, Ms. Nethery served as a judicial extern for the Probate Division of the Eighth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida.

Ms. Nethery obtained an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she was a Graduate Assistant in the area of Deferred and Executive Compensation.
Prior to joining Sachs Sax Caplan, Ms. Nethery was an associate of Martin Law Firm, P.L. in Cape Coral, Florida, where she focused primarily on private wealth planning and probate administration.
