Ms. Topper works in the firm’s Commercial Litigation & Appeals department with an emphasis on construction, real estate and community association litigation. Ms. Topper received her BA in Communications from Florida Atlantic University and her JD from Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad Law Center. Ms. Topper was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2002; the District Courts for the Northern, Southern and Middle Districts in 2002; and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Federal Circuit in 2002.
