Viravuth Un

Vuth Un is an Associate in the firm’s Boca Raton office.  He practices in the areas of foreclosures and condominium law in the firm’s Community Associations Practice Group.  Prior to joining Sachs Sax Caplan, Mr. Un was an associate with Ben-Ezra & Katz in Hollywood, FL, representing banks in foreclosure cases.  He is a former Assistant State Attorney in the 12th Judicial Circuit (Sarasota) and the 15th Judicial Circuit (Palm Beach) where he gained extensive experience handling criminal cases, jury trials, pre-trial motions, and fighting for victims’ rights. 

Mr. Un earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (with a minor in Economics) from Kansas University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville.  He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2003 and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.  Mr. Un is licensed to practice law in all state courts in Florida.
