Andrew E. Gindea is an Associate Attorney at Sachs Sax Caplan, P.L. practicing in the Estate Planning and Probate Litigation Group. Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Gindea has had extensive experience practicing Estate Planning and Asset Protection. His practice incorporates a wide range of matters including creating estate plans, drafting comprehensive estate planning documents including wills, trusts and ancillary estate planning documents.  Mr. Gindea also works on all phases of probate and ancillary probate proceedings. 

Mr. Gindea has an LL.M. (Master of Laws) degree in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law.  His undergraduate degree is from New York University and a Juris Doctor degree from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in New York.
