Mr. Ganz is an associate attorney in Sachs Sax Caplan, P.L.’s Commercial Litigation & Appeals practice group. Mr. Ganz focuses his practice on complex commercial, construction, real property, and community association litigation.
As part of his practice, Mr. Ganz has represented clients across a variety of highly regulated industries, including finance and real estate, helping clients navigate intricate legal challenges. Mr. Ganz has been involved in cases in both federal and state courts, as well as in alternative dispute resolution forums such as arbitration and mediation.
Before joining Sachs Sax Caplan, P.L., Mr. Ganz was an attorney at a prominent AM Law 200 firm in South Florida where he represented businesses in complex commercial disputes. Mr. Ganz earned his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University - Shepard Broad College of Law and his Bachelor’s Degree with a Major in Criminal Justice from Florida Atlantic University.
