Angela Prudenti practices business litigation, particularly in the areas of real estate, construction defects, trusts and estates, and general commercial litigation. Angela serves as general counsel and litigation counsel for companies conducting business in secondary luxury markets and in residential and commercial construction throughout South Florida. She has also appeared as an expert witness in disputes over court-awarded attorneys’ fees.
Angela has been in practice since 1991. She originally practiced in Brooklyn, New York and was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1994 upon relocating here.
Prior to joining Sachs Sax Caplan PL, Angela served as the chief of the White-Collar Crime Unit at the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office, where she obtained the first conviction under Florida’s Aggravated White Collar Crime Statute. In that office, she also was the senior trial attorney in the Homicide/Crimes Against Children Unit.
Angela has tried over 150 complex cases to verdict. In April of 2025, she obtained a $2 million judgment after jury trial against a general contractor for a violation of the Florida Building Code.
