Benjamin Muschel is an associate in Sachs Sax Caplan’s Commercial Litigation & Appeals Practice Group. Mr. Muschel concentrates his practice on complex commercial, construction, real property, community association, and personal injury defense litigation in federal and state court. Before joining the firm, he worked for several large international firms with a focus on insurance coverage. Mr. Muschel graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law.
