Frank A. Barbieri, Jr. is Of Counsel to the Firm and has been in practice since 1980. He works with our attorneys in the Estate Planning & Probate Practice Group and the Real Estate, Corporate, Land Use & Financial Services Group Mr. Barbieri became affiliated with Sachs Sax Caplan in September 2008. Prior to September 2008 he was a managing partner of Barbieri, Screnci, Weprin & Rubino. Prior to his legal career, Mr. Barbieri was a police officer with the Akron (Ohio) Police Department.

He has served as Chairman and currently serves as Vice Chairman of the School Board of the Palm Beach County School District, the 11th largest School District in the United States with 180,000 students, 187 schools and a budget of $2.3 billion.
