Background & Experience

Frank A. Barbieri, Jr. is Of Counsel to the Firm and has been in practice since 1980. He works with our attorneys in the Estate Planning & Probate Practice Group and the Real Estate, Corporate, Land Use & Financial Services Group. Mr. Barbieri became affiliated with Sachs Sax Caplan Kaskel & Schner, PLLC in September 2008. Prior to September 2008 he was a managing partner of Barbieri, Screnci, Weprin & Rubino. Prior to his legal career, Mr. Barbieri was a police officer with the Akron (Ohio) Police Department.

Mr. Barbieri has demonstrated a commitment to the Palm Beach County area, serving as Chairman and currently as Vice Chairman of the Palm Beach County School Board - the 11th largest School District in the United States with 180,000 students, 187 schools and a budget of $2.3 billion. He has served on numerous civic, governmental and professional organizations, including the Children Services Council of Palm Beach County, Palm Beach County Land Use Advisory Board, Palm Beach County Business Development Board, Palm Beach County Value Adjustment Board, Palm Beach County Planning Commission, Palm Beach County Zoning Commission, and the Greater Boca Raton Estate Planning Council.
