Giovani Mesa is an attorney in the Real Estate, Corporate, and Land Use Practice Groups in the firm’s Boca Raton office, serving clients throughout Palm Beach County and across Florida. Giovani’s practice focuses on commercial real estate development, acquisitions and dispositions of commercial and residential properties, commercial leasing for both landlords and tenants, and secured and unsecured lending transactions. He also advises clients on business formations, corporate governance, title insurance matters, and a wide range of commercial and financing transactions.
