Len Wilder
Background & Experience
Len Wilder has been practicing law for over twenty-five years. He is a Florida Bar Board Certified attorney in both Real Estate Law and Condominium and Planned Development Law, a distinction held by only a small percentage of Florida attorneys. The dual certification gives Mr. Wilder unique insight between real estate and property and the highly regulated field of community association law.
Mr. Wilder is also an AV Preeminent® rated attorney recognized among Florida Trend's Legal Elite in 2015, 2020, and 2022. He is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator specializing in resolving disputes involving community associations and their members.
Mr. Wilder's representation includes real estate, commercial, and community association law in both state and federal trial and appellate courts, evictions, and DBPR arbitrations. In addition, his practice encompasses transactional matters related to the review and drafting of land covenants, easements, contracts, and other documents.
