Matthew Hunt is an associate attorney at Sachs Sax Caplan whose practice centers on complex commercial, construction, and general civil litigation. He brings more than five years of litigation experience to his work, with an emphasis on careful legal analysis, strategic advocacy, and disciplined case management.
Since entering practice, Matthew has litigated a wide range of complex civil matters, representing clients in commercial, construction, and insurance-related disputes. His experience includes managing cases through all phases of litigation, from pre-suit analysis and motion practice, to trial preparation and appellate-level advocacy.
Matthew earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida State University in 2015, majoring in History with a minor in Law and Society. He received his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law, where he was selected for membership in the Moot Court Honor Society and competed in appellate advocacy competitions throughout the country. Outside of the Firm, Matthew values time spent with his wife, Rachel.
