Michael Ungerbuehler has been helping community associations across the State of Florida with their legal needs for more than 20 years. In January 2018, Michael joined Sachs Sax Caplan to focus his representation of community associations in South Florida.

Michael has significant experience handling community association legal matters, including the drafting, interpretation, and revision of governing documents; providing general corporate advice to boards; drafting and negotiation of agreements; handling pre-suit and litigation work involving collections and covenant enforcement actions; and engaging in mediations and arbitrations.

Michael received his J.D. from the University of Florida School of Law in 2002. While attending law school, Michael also earned a Master’s Degree in Real Estate & Urban Analysis at the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business. During his law school career, Michael studied in Montpellier, France and completed his law school career by studying Planning Law in Oxford, England and interning at the Florida Supreme Court.
