Ned R. Nashban is Of Counsel to the Firm and has been in practice since 1973. He originally practiced in Milwaukee, WI and was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1987, and moved to Boca Raton, FL in 1988, and has previously been a partner at Quarles & Brady, Greenberg Traurig and Akerman, where he handled litigation matters throughout the US primarily in business disputes and also handled a broad range of litigation matters for a large international UK based yacht manufacturer, including dealership issues, product liability and warranty disputes, as well as the purchase and sale of yachts for private buyers and sellers throughout the world. He continues to practice in these areas, and became affiliated with Sachs Sax Caplan in April, 2022, where he works with the litigation, real estate and corporate groups.
