Sachs Sax Caplan announced that partners Daniel A. Kaskel and Larry E. Schner have been elevated to named partners, and that the firm will now be known as Sachs Sax Caplan Kaskel & Schner, PLLC. The change coincides with the firm’s 40th anniversary.
Kaskel chairs the Real Estate, Corporate, Land Use & Transactional Services Group and is board certified in both Real Estate Law and Condominium & Planned Development Law. Schner, admitted to The Florida Bar in 1985, chairs the Litigation Practice Group and serves on the Community Association Law team. They join named partners Peter S. Sachs, Spencer M. Sax, and Louis Caplan.
