Partners Daniel A. Kaskel and Larry E. Schner have been elevated to named partners, and the firm is now Sachs Sax Caplan Kaskel & Schner, PLLC. Kaskel chairs the real estate, corporate, land use and transactional services group, and represents investors, developers, and family offices in complex transactions nationwide. Schner chairs the litigation practice group and is a member of the community association law team.
