Samuel J. Levine is an associate in Sachs Sax Caplan’s Commercial Litigation & Appeals Practice Group. Mr. Levine concentrates his practice on complex commercial, construction, real property, community association litigation and post-judgment collections in state and federal court. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Levine counseled clients in a wide range of complex business transactions in heavily regulated industries. Mr. Levine also served as a prosecutor in Florida’s Department of Business and Professional Regulation Construction Industry Licensing Board.
