Vuth Un

Vuth Un is an associate in the firm's Community Association Practice Group. He started his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney for the 12th and 15th Judicial Circuit representing the State of Florida in every facet of a criminal prosecution including first appearances, bond hearings, motion practice, discovery, depositions, witness preparation, voir dire and jury trials. Mr. Un has also worked at a consumer bankruptcy firm in the Kansas City metropolitan area where he assisted debtors with Chapters 13 and 7 bankruptcies and at a personal injury firm where he opposed multimillion dollar insurance companies and sought justice for injured victims in personal injury cases. Mr. Un previously worked at Sachs Sax Caplan Kaskel & Schner, PLLC in the Community Associations Practice Group from 2009 to 2016 where he gained extensive experience with foreclosures, lien enforcement, statutory interpretation, mortgage compliance, mediation, settlement negotiations and collections. He rejoined the firm in 2021 upon returning to Florida.
